FAQs

  • It starts on the 2nd of February 2026. We have a 15 week program to prepare us and peak exactly on race day (May 16-17th) in Barcelona.

  • If you have signed up for the race or thinking about it’s definitely for you. The goal is not to just participate in the race, but to get ready, feel good and perform.

    This preparation is for all fitness levels

  • We will offer classes everyday from Monday to Sunday, at different times of the day. Focusing on the busiest hours (early morning & late afternoon).

    Each day with a specific goal in order to respect a total weekly training volume and making sure we tackle what’s necessary without avoiding our weaknesses.

  • We will have 15 weeks of preparation. The perfect amount of time to test ourselves, train, re test peak and perform.

    We will have 3 blocks of 5 weeks of training:

    Block 1: Aerobic Base & Strength
    Block 2: Transition / Engine Build
    Block 3: Peak & Race Ready

  • We will offer a variety of classes to ensure all aspects of training for such race are covered, they are:

    - Hybrid
    - Engine
    - Strength
    - Running
    - Race Simulations
    - Open Box

    *We will also have Seminars that talk about nutrition, running technique and other relevant subjects. PLUS community Saturday with coffee/brunch after training sessions.

  • Yes. We have all that is needed to train and get ready for the race.
    Rowers, SkiErgs, Sleds, KBs, Wall Balls, Ropes, Weights…

    AND the best in-city running spot to prepare: Arc de Triunf & very close to the beach for weekend running drills.

  • We offer a one time all in deal. If you are interested sign up above and we will send you all the pricing info and the early bird options.

  • The Hybrid Prep Program includes exclusive classes and do not include CrossFit classes.
    However group classes like Hybrid & Engine are shared with other people from the gym.

    If you are interested in CrossFit classes let us know and we will share more info with you.

  • Yes of course you can. Either racing by yourself, or training for doubles you are more than welcome to bring someone. The program includes individual workouts as well as some partner training to make sure we cover it all.

    We offer 4 week packages, as well as single drop ins.
